How To Install NFL Street Reborn Update 2: The Complete Guide
Before you begin, there’s 2 things you need:
#1 – A (legally) obtained copy of NFL Street 2 for the GAMECUBE
#2 – 7Zip to extract the file: https://www.7-zip.org/
Step 1: Download Once you’ve made sure you have both those things done, (copy of Street 2, 7Zip or Winrar installed) Download the All-In-One NFL Street Reborn Install Package: Choose from Xbox, PlayStation, GameCube Controls, all of these download links are the All-In-One NFL Street Reborn Install Package The mod is for Dolphin Emulator, which is built in to the install that you will download The XBOX, PS, and GC mean the type of controller you will want to be playing with, not emulator/system.

Okay, now let’s get into the nitty gritty: Extract the All-In-One Zip File using 7-Zip On Windows 10, the option will show up to extract using 7-Zip On Windows 11, click show more options, the very bottom option for most people
Then select 7Zip > Extract Here, and that should unzip the entire file
After you’ve done that, a folder should of been outputted, and should look a little like this:
- The “NFL Street Reborn Dolphin (fork of EXGL Dolphin)”
Folder is how you’ll be playing the game: The Emulator - “RELEASE 1”
is the Patch which you will apply to your copy of NFL Street 2 - “xdelta.exe”, ignore this file, as it’s required for the next program to run, which is the one we need.
- “xdeltaUI (OPEN THIS).exe”
is the app you’ll want to open to patch your copy of NFL Street 2.
Step 2: Patching the ISO
Go ahead and Open “xdeltaUI (OPEN THIS).exe”, aka the patcher. You should see a screen that looks like:
It’s a pretty small window, and I don’t blame you if you don’t see it at first.
Once you’ve gotten there, there’s a few steps you’ll have to follow:
Make sure your on the Apply Patch tab, as we’re applying a patch today
Select “Open…” right under the “Patch” category, and find the “PATCH NFL Street Reborn Update 2.xdelta” which is located inside the All-In-One Installer Folder.
Select it and click “Open” within File Explorer.
Next: Source File
The Source File is your legally 
obtained copy of NFL Street 2.
Select “Open…” right under the “Source File” category, and find your copy of NFL Street 2.
Select it and click “Open” within File Explorer.
Finally: The most important part of the patching process, the “Output File”.
Select “Open…” right under the “Output File” category, Follow these steps carefully.
Navigate back to the All-In-One Folder within the File Explorer Window the Patcher brought up:
Open the: “NFL Street Reborn Dolphin (fork of EXGL Dolphin)” folder, you should be right about here if you’ve followed along:
Within the “NFL Street Reborn Dolphin (fork of EXGL Dolphin)” folder, Open the “Games” subfolder:
This is the VERY IMPORTANT PART, read carefully
Once you’re inside the Games Folder:
Type inside the “File name:” box: nsr.iso
NOTE: You can name the file anything, except it is REQUIRED for the ending to be .iso or the patch will fail! You should be at a point that looks a little something like this:
Once you’ve double checked the file ends in “.iso”, click “Save”.
You should have all three boxes filled now. The file directories will be different for everyone, however it’s the same process.
You can go ahead and select: Patch
Note: This may take 1-2 minutes and the app will show up as “Not Responding”, however that is perfectly normal, and what you’re after. If all goes well you should see a screen saying:
Boom! You’ve successfully patched your copy of NFL Street 2, and turned it into NFL Street Reborn! You can now go ahead and open the Custom Dolphin Emulator Build made by BlueSwordM.
Step 3: Playing The Game!
The build is located within the “NFL Street Reborn Dolphin (fork of EXGL Dolphin)” folder.
Open up the app, and you should see a screen that looks like this *it’ll have the logo and say 2024 for official release.
Before you start playing: Make sure to configure your controller to whatever fits you best. There’s built in profiles for Xbox and PS5 controllers, however I always recommend making your own, so you can adjust the controller settings to your liking!
Pro-Tip: I recommend creating a desktop shortcut for the NFL Street Reborn Dolphin! Saves a lot of time digging through the files on your computer!
