Questions
The short version: it's free, it runs on PC through Dolphin, and nobody is making money from it.
Does it cost anything?
No. NFL Street Reborn is free and always will be. It is a non-profit fan project — there is no store, no paywall, no subscription and no "supporter" tier that unlocks anything.
If somebody is charging you for it, they are not us and they are not authorised. Report it and we will say so publicly.
Can I play online against other people?
Yes. Online play is one of the new features in 3.0.
Setup instructions are being written and will land on the download page; the rest of what is new is on the What's New page.
What is the league?
A full season played by real people: drafts, waivers, a schedule, standings, box scores and recorded stats for every game. It runs on this site, and it is where most of the long-term community lives.
Browsing it is open to anyone. Playing in it needs an account — have a look at the current season first.
Where do the player ratings come from?
A roster database built alongside the game. Every player has an authored overall and ten individual ratings on the game's own 0–20 scale, plus a portrait. You can browse the whole thing on the Players page.
Ratings are hand-authored, not generated — so if you disagree with one, there is a person to argue with.
Can I stream it or make videos?
Yes, and please do. No permission needed, no revenue share, no rules about monetisation on your side.
